Spring Equinox Elvengate

There was a strange full moon hanging powerfully in the night sky as I set up the double triangle configuration of stones and crystals on the lightly frosted ground of the last eve of Winter. I had not planned on being up at Hazeldeane, but a head cold had encouraged me to take the retreat. Why not take advantage of, as the Celts say, this "thin time" of Equinox and set up another Elvengate? I remembered I had said I would.

The layout of the stones and crystals was the same as last time, except now the Love triangle was placed facing north and Trust triangle was facing south. This Star of David pattern has been used for inter dimensional portals by the Melchizedeks. It is wonderfully safe and can only be used by light beings of integrity. I also lit four tea light candles and offered a glass of Apple Cider as welcome to any returning Elven home.

I work with an Elven Master, called Alberich Ealimon. While this may sound grand, it is not. I simply open a connection with him, ask him a question, and listen to that still small voice within my mind's eye, or ear, I guess I should say! Then I test the answer for truth.

If you feel drawn to opening an Elvengate of your own, remember that a stuck door is best opened from both sides simultaneously and it's important to co-create, as they say, the portal with the Elven wishing to pass through. This can be done by simply explaining out loud to the Elven what you are intending to do and how you intend to do it step by step.

I asked Alberich Ealimon to speak on the purpose of this work. He said that we work together with equal parts intention and invitation to create passage for those Elven wishing to fully participate in this time and dimensional space on Mother Earth. There are depts to be repaid on both sides of the Human-Elven relationship and that we owe each other much since our first working together in the times we call Atlantis.

He said that there is great rejoicing ringing through out the land of the Elves as they once again are able to be born into the world they left so long ago. The vibration that has risen upon the Earth has surprised them and surpassed their expectations greatly, speeding up their arrival back into this dimensional octave.

Some of those coming through the Elvengates in their light-bodies will, he said, incarnate in the form of newborns, born fully Elven. Others, will rest over the shoulders of current Hybrid Human Elven to comfort them and act as spiritual guides quickening their Elven blood. The Anam Chara have returned and will continue their return!

Alberich said he had a message specifically for the home sick Elven upon the Earth who feel they don't belong and just want to go home~ "Home is coming to you!", he said.

"The time has come to restore the rightful relationship between Human and Elven! This is cause to rejoice. Great things we have done together in times of yore, but I say unto you, much greater things are still in store, when Elf and Human ride together once more!"

How to Co-create an Elven Stargate

This Summer, in meditation, I met an Elf named Alberich. He answered many questions about the Human Elven relationship and related some of the Elven history during and since the time of Atlantis.

Heavy on his heart, however, was the plight of the Elven folk that had consciously left this dimension after the fall of Atlantis and were trapped in the dimension to which they had retreated. He said that there were astral alignments that occurred from time to time and let back a small number of his people, but these naturally occurring stargates were very rare and the openings quite limited in duration and size. The time had come, Alberich said, for the Elves to return to this dimension en mass and he asked for help in opening a co-created door or stargate.

This past Winter Solstice of 2010 was combined with a total full moon lunar eclipse~ the first such combination in over 300 years. The time seemed right to take the instructions I'd received in the Summer from Alberich, collect the materials and knowledge I gathered over the Fall, and attempt to co-create a portal to hopefully welcome back awaiting Elves.

I say "co-create" because this work is done together within a team of beings, Angelic, Human and Elven. I open a connection with my Higher Self, The Overlighting Deva of Elves and Alberich, my Elven contact in the 5th, or Angelic, dimension.

Alberich was pleased with the stargate energetic pattern I passed on to him, at the suggestion of a teacher of mine on Gabriola Island. This Star of David sacred geometrical pattern can produce an electro magnetic vortex, opening an opportunity for inter dimensional passage. The star gate pattern is based on the research and experience of Drunvalo Melchizedek. Alberich said that a "stuck door" is most easily opened from both sides simultaneously and that if we were both holding the same key, success was more assured.

So, four hours before the Winter Solstice, I cleansed my materials and set up the pattern of a triangle with three fairy wand crystals marking the corners within a circle in a grass clearing beside the forest. Each crystal was imbued with the intention of an attribute. In the South, Love anchored the triangle. In the other two corners, the crystals of Truth and Beauty. Now that the male energy was activated, a second triangle, this one inverted, was laid out over the first.

Anchoring the North was a piece of moldavite holding the intention of Trust. In the other two corners of this female triangle, were moldavite crystals holding the attributes of Harmony and Peace.

In the centre or heart of the two triangles I was placed a multi crystal encrusted piece of light blue druzy chalcedony complete with its own miniature crystal cave. Chalcedony was chosen to stabilize the vortex and anchor and amplify the energies of Light.

Then I prayed aloud, "It is the intention of this stargate to be an open portal for the Elves to return to this dimensional octave according to their free will. I declare this portal open for 24 hours for the sole use of the Elven. May they come in trust, bringing harmony and peace. May they come in love, bringing truth and beauty. So be it!"

At the site of the circular star gate I left a candle burning to welcome back the Elves. As well I offered them a large glass of apple cider and a small glass of pine nuts~ two favourites of Alberich in the summer. Every now and then I'd go out and photograph the area above and around the star gate with my digital flash camera. Each time I'd see the image of one or two orbs in close vicinity. It was quite lovely! By Solstice midday I had counted (using muscle testing~ applied kineseology) that 66 Elven had passed through the portal. By mid night on the 21st of December, when it was time to close the gate, a total of 174 Elves had passed through!

The average consciousness of the 174 Elves was 967 on the Hawkins' scale of human consciousness. That is near the highest limits of human consciousness possible. Could these be Elven Masters returning to us in their Merkaba's~ their lightbodies appearing as orbs?

In meditation, I asked the Overlighting Deva of the Elves, about orbs I was seeing and she said, "The orbs of light you have been recording are indeed the lightbodies of Elves re-entering this dimension. They are like you when you dip your toe into the ocean to test the waters, excited, tentative, not yet needing a physical body to experience this dimension at this time~ careful not to upset your reality's balance~ waiting to materialize fully when the time is ripe. For now, the 'newly reborn' have much exploring and reacquainting to do. What joy!"

Another Angel continued, "Elven Masters are returning with the effect of raising the vibration of the Earth Herself and are preparing the way, with many others, for the birth of the New Earth. It is all about invitation! And that is what your actions have offered the Elven Masters. An invitation to return. Their effect will first be felt greatly within the Mother more than within her Children. Yet where the Mother goes the Children will follow. Be not conserned by the small number of returning for their combined vibration has the power of a consciousness catapult!"

And now we invite you to join us in this work, should you feel led by your heart. The ring portal star gate can only be used for light and love. Each one co-creating a portal will adapt the process using their own inner guidance. We have offered you only one way that works in co-creation with the Elven.

Return of the Elves

I should have known something was up, after all, I'd just bent down and picked a five leaf clover from the lawn. Continuing my walk to the cove on the edge of the Straight of Juan de Fuca I felt a quixotic notion to open an intuitive connection with an Elf!

After establishing his name~ Alberich said, "Well, I have a gift for you". Elves seem quite into exchange I was to find out. They love the giving and receiving of gifts... maybe that's why Elves are seen in popular culture as Santa's helpers?

Anyway, I was guided to a wooded area up from the beach and in particular to a vivacious white clump of Ocean Spray. "This is know to the Elves as Elf Flower," said Alberich. Each little flower in the clump had five petals that made a five pointed Elven star. I thought back to the five leaf clover and then remembered the five pointed star crop circle that had just appeared in Wiltshire the day before. Three fives~ calling me to pay attention and hold on tight for an interesting ride! I wouldn't be disappointed.

Alberich said there was a message that the Elves had for us and it would help prepare us for the coming dimension shifts of 2012. He said that in the coming transition, dimensions would overlap and that there would be a time when Humans and Elves could see each other and converse with ease.

The message of the Elves was not to be afraid but to enjoy this when it happens and take advantage of the opportunity. Humans with partial Elemental soul heritage would be especially attractive for contact and they needed to be prepared and made aware, if they were to gain the greatest benefit from meeting face to face. Alberich said that Humans and Elves once had a deep and meaningful relationship but that was about 13000 years ago. While, humans lost their collective memory during the great fall of Atlantis, the Elves did not! During this coming time of transition we will be able to regain the lost history of human kind by meeting and questioning the returning Nature Spirits, according to Alberich.

What was our relationship like with the Elves before the Great Atlantean Fall?

"In those days there lived humans of especially high frequency. These were the Mystics. How we loved to be in their presence as they raised our vibration making us more solid and more able to converse with ease. We, you see, had had a very long relationship of co-creation with humans. In fact we ourselves were the result of co-creative activities so long ago. Generally we the Elves, were the closest to the humans and were regarded as advisors to them. Some of us became friends, soul friends, to the Atlanteans and became deeply involved with those whose task it was to hold the energy grids of the times and ameliorate the mistakes of the past. In fact, such an effort led to the experiments that brought about the Great Fall.

Long ago, you see, the Elves were co-created in your third dimensional world. We were once with you physically, but as times changed we choose to retreat into the Earth, you call the second dimension.

Now as the Earth is released to her rightful vibration once again, we have been, through soul agreement, able to partially reincarnate with humans. These humans have partial Elemental soul heritage~ some call them "hybrids". The ongoing work of releasing the Earth towards her full vibration has been successful. So successful in fact, that you will soon be able to see us in our totality in your third dimension. A great return and reunion will be taking place! Like the 'extinct' animals that are beginning to return all over the earth in these days, it is also our will to come back to share this time with you."

Are there any full Elves on the Earth with us in the third dimension today?

"Yes. Over 23,000 Elves are scattered thinly around the planet today and living quite fully in the third dimension. We look quite human and are reclusive by nature. Despite your popular depiction, Elves do not have pointed ears."

In the forest behind my family's retreat on Vancouver Island, I've set up a granite vision post where I sometimes offer gifts to the Nature Spirits and connect in meditation with them. Alberich loves apple cider, pine nuts and oranges. Also I've been taking digital photos of the spot and when I zoom in on the photos I've been seeing some curious shapes that look very much like the Nature Spirits and Elementals themselves! You have to squint your eyes a bit and use your imagination~ and have a playful attitude~ to make it work. I decided to ask the Elf about my results.

Alberich, tell me your perspective on the photos of the Nature Spirit's I'm taking?

"We in the second dimension use light to 'appear' in the third dimension. I like your term 'Pixel Pixies' because we can appear in the shadows often using negative space to define our features. Digital photography enhances your ability to capture our ability to play with light. A playful lot, the Nature Spirits often mimic you! For example, should you connect with us with your companion animal present, don't be surprised to see us 'materialise' in your photos with companion animals too!

As for us 'unseen Elves', we went into the Earth sometime ago with other co-creations~ the Chimera, Unicorns, Fauns, Gnomes, Pixies, Dwarves and more. As we use light in your realm to reassemble our images the size we take on (usually quite small) may not reflect our true nature. It is our hope that this too will soon change as the dimensional portals open and our kind once again is with yours as in times of olde. Now Enjoy your orange with me!"

What about the help you requested in opening such a gate for your people~ the unseen Elves unable to exit the second dimension?

"The Elves have been taking advantage of periodic openings in naturally occurring portals. Those who are in transition line up to pass through these rare openings. Now that the 'web of life', or Unity Grid, is restored above and around the Earth, portals are being readied for sustained use once more. This will take a group effort. Be patient and open hearted for I send forth ambassadors to greet you. Those who have already gone through, they will know of these things and the opportunity will present itself to work together to create a peaceful transition for us all."

What are the origins and purpose of the relationship between Elves and Humans?

"The co-created Elves became spiritual companions to the High Priest Class of Atlantis. In those days Humans lived for a span of 500 years on average and Elves for 2000 years. When a High Priest or Priestess was born an Elf of matching gender was chosen to be their Soul Friend and record keeper. When the human companion died the companion Elf would wait patiently for his human friend's reincarnation. He then would raise the human and teach him all he'd know in their previous lives together. The spiritual work of the human would continue then in continuity for 4 or 5 lifetimes with the same Elf as soul friend, teacher, memory of accumulated experience, wisdom, and knowledge for the human. Great work was done in these times and significant spiritual advancement attainted amongst the adepts of Atlantis thanks to their relationship with Elves."

How did the relationship between the Elves and Humans change during the end-times of Atlantis?

"The height of the 3-D eleven populations at the time of Atlantis was 2.3 million. With the fall of Atlantis the majority of the Elves could no longer abide the craziness of the mind shattered humans who survived the destruction. Almost half of the Elves died in the cataclysm. 75% of the survivors decided to retreat into the 2nd dimension through 3 open stargates over a period of hundred years. Of those who stayed on the Earth in 3-D reality, their numbers dwindled to just over 2,000 at their lowest point. The stargates have long been closed and the majority of the Elven population is in the 2nd dimension, waiting to join us for this 2012 transition time."

Alberich, as a 5th dimensional being, you could choose to appear here in the third dimension. Why can't I see you?

"As High King of the Elves, I choose to remain with the majority of my people waiting for the right time to lead them home."

First Gray Whale seen in 265 years!

About a month ago a Gray whale was spotted off the coast of Israel~ a first since the 1700's! The same whale was spotted again at the end of May off Barcelona, Spain. Gray whales in the Atlantic have been extinct for 100's of years and this one appears half way around the world so far from its Pacific Ocean population? What could this mean?

Some speculate that during the summer feeding of Grays in Alaska, this whale took advantage of the melting polar ice and high tailed it through the Northwest Passage to the Atlantic. Maybe... but why swim through the narrow Straight of Gibralter in to the Mediterranean? The improbability and the symbolism of it all called me to look deeper.

Could this whale be working to help in the reactivation of ancient energy lines and grids that network on and above the surface of the Earth? One such grid finds its positive pole grounded in the location of the great pyramid in Giza, close to where this whale was first spotted. During the month of May some strange energetic phenomena were noted coming from a chamber above the Kings Chamber~ perhaps a signal that this grid is firing up once more? Could its energy have attracted the Gray whale?

I asked Lady Naida what the meaning and purpose of the Gray whale sited off Israel & Spain was:

"Firstly, this is a sign to expect the unexpected! This is only one of thousands of unexpected miracles that take place all over the planet everyday. The Sea Star-gates are opening and bilocation of whales and humans is on the increase. Swimming the gridlines activates these networks and shows how they are beginning to come alive once more. Keep your eyes and ears open, for more stories of this nature will be told. Inter dimensional travel is before human kind and this whale sighting is a foreshadowing of greater things to come.

Ambassadors of light are being sent before thee. Attune with them and participate in the unfoldment of your shared purpose: activation of the planetary grids. A stirring of great energy and a decoding of ancient ways is the true "wake" this Grey Whale a sent before thee.

As attention is drawn to the Gulf of Mexico, remember too this miraculous event revealed in the world of water~ a natural conduit of Earth's intention. Finally, we would draw your attention to the power of one. Like this lone whale, you too swim the currents of your time. While you may appear to toil alone at times, far from the comfort of the group, you are connected to Source and each other. Follow your dreams for they are True. Your intentions are manifesting right before your eyes."

Eel Checks Out Gulf Oil Leak

Last week I came across an interesting clip from the live feed of the British Petroleum oil leak in the Gulf of Mexico. An American eel came along, as if to investigate the leaking pipe, and swam into the oil plume. He quickly scooted out again, clean as when he went in. I've attached the video link in the comment section below.

In some North American aboriginal cultures, Eel represents the giving of a hidden spiritual meaning. I wondered what it could mean in this situation, so I asked for guidance. This is what I got:

Melchizedek: "It is from the Earth that the hidden will be revealed. In the high realm of Spirit there is no duality of good and bad. All is the unfoldment of love. At this time, we suggest you ask the Earth herself."

Mother Earth, what then is the hidden spiritual meaning behind the oil spill?

"If the oil were my blood, I would gladly shed it for thee, Beloveds. Know not to sink into fear or despair. For behind the scenes the events unfold to move my Consort (human kind) beyond carbon burning for energy. This spill I choose to let, for the result will be an emergence of a new technology of energy. One that will not disrupt, but augment creation and further move us together into a new vibration. The momentum has been gathered over the millennia and we can now glory in its release!

Forget not that I am a fully sentient being capable of free will and action just like you. I choose to watch this eruption and not to stop it for I see the good that will result. We have many allies in this venture both seen and unseen. Out of the mud a new lotus will bloom!

Work with me and together we will see all is not what it seems. Beyond any new technology we will find that it is the tools of consciousness that will focus the healing and spur our advancement forward to the New Earth. 'Kadosh, Kadosh, Eph-phat-ha', let this be our mantra in this matter.

Listen then to Brother Eel. He has the courage to enter the fray without letting the blackness stick. This is the hidden message revealed this day."

Jesus said, "Be in the world, but not of it." Do not let the blows of life get you down, but keep at least one eye focussed on the higher realm~ where the duality of good and bad dissolve into the unity of love. Turn not your back on the world and its temporary problems, but jump into the fray and lend a helping hand remembering not to let the sticky energy of fear, anger, and despair attach to you.

Let "Kadosh, Kadosh, Eph-phat-ha!" be your mantra. These words are the Aramaic words of Yeshua (the original name of Jesus). They are powerful words of healing with deep linguistic roots that go back to the ancient culture of Egypt and beyond. On the surface they translate as "Holy, Holy~ Be Opened".

"Kadosh, Kadosh, Eph-phat-ha!" can invite us to open a place in our consciousness that transcends duality, judgement and even matter itself. These words are formed from the high science of miracles. Can it be that a place for something new and wonderful for all human kind and the Earth herself is being opened by the resolution of this oil leak? It won't be long before we find out.

Truth makes us strong!

I think that this is perhaps the greatest secret in the world. More powerful than free energy for all, more revolutionary than the elimination of all debt in its ability transform society. One simple tool that will change our lives forever.

Sounds like hyperbole? Not at all.

Within each of us is a simple electrical circuit that can be accessed simply with your fingers or the muscles in your arm. You see Truth makes us strong. Falsehood makes the human body's electrical system go weak. With muscle testing any yes/no question can be answered difinatively.

Applied Kinesiology was first used to find out which foods made a body go strong and which foods (due to sensitivities or allergies) made a human body weak. Then it was found that statements could be tested as well. If the statement was true, the muscles locked. If the statement was false, the muscles released.

Bingo! The body became a truth-o-meter but not just for determining food allergies. When applied kinesiology (or muscle testing as it is commonly called) was pared with newly available ideas about human consciousness and the inter-connectedness of the group mind something very new was born, a tool so powerful that it will change life as we know it.

We now understand that part of our consciousness has access to the group mind. Any idea, or action, in human history including any thought leaves its mark within the group consciousness. Therefore, by using muscle testing, any action, statement, or thought that any person has held in the past can be accessed and tested for its truth. Nothing can be kept secret. That's why transparency will be the byword of the new world. No one can lie to you anymore. Wow!

So, marketing might not be a good thing to go into in the near future. You lie, we won't buy. You can see the power of this to transform all media, politics, medicine, science and religion. No one can pull the wool over our eyes.

From time immemorial deception has been used to manipulate~ sorry folks that's not going to work now. We have the simple human ability to discern truth from falsehood in mere seconds. Knowing the truth will set us free and will awaken us from years of slumber. You just have to learn the simple science (for it is not an art) of muscle testing. It takes about 20 minutes for a young child to learn the ins and outs.

Swimming with Dolphins

In the Caribbean, the constellation Orion is directly overhead in March, and if you follow the line of Orion's belt to the left you'll find Sirius, the brightest star in the night sky. It has been said that the dolphins came from Sirius. I always though it sounded a little crazy. Dolphins in spaceships? But, as I was to discover, that's not how they here came at all.

I spent a week with the dolphins of Anthony's Key, Roatan Island, Honduras, and what a pleasure it was to get to know them. What amazing creatures these "dogs of the sea" are! Playful, intelligent, curious and friendly, it is no wonder that they have forged such a special place in the heart of humankind.

One afternoon, after snorkeling with 24 dolphins, I decided to go deeper (sorry for the pun) and I connected on the intuitive level with Lady Naida of Sirius and the Overlighting Deva of Dolphins. First, I asked, Naida to tell me about the dolphins.

Naida: "Under the Dog Star you find yourself and my light shines brightly here! From the stars did they (the dolphins) come~ before even humankind. Through five ocean stargates they came. Through three active sea stargates they still come and go. You my Star Children can entrain with the Dolphin Spirit and this prepares you to travel as well."

Dolphin Deva: "Joy, strength, delightful and play balance the seriousness of your day. In and out of group consciousness we splash, blending our energy with yours. You teach us individuality and we teach you to swim with a group consciousness. Both opposites brought together for the benefit of all."

I then asked, "Lady Naida, how can the dolphin help us cross through a sea stargate?"

Lady Naida replied, "Seventy-three people have been taken through a sea stargate in the last year alone. All have returned safely. They go to planets around Sirius A. These sea stargates can be transversed in our own human consciousness as well. This, in fact, is the goal of our current relationship: a conscious rather than a physical crossing. Soon all five gates will be reactivated. The process for another human to consciously cross into the higher dimension becomes easier each time any human goes through a gate.

We will breath together again through the tops of our heads for the dolphins are your Star Mother. Heart to heart and you're home!"

Then I asked, "Lady Naida, please tell us more about the importance of the human-dolphin connection."

She answered, "Our form (those from Sirius) is one with that of the Dolphin. It is not the brain size, but the heart size that counts and the 5th dimensional energy field generated that is the signature of our kind. And so it is, that entrainment, heart to heart, is our gift to all those who merge their field with ours. When you travel through the sea stargate you will feel as if you are one of us; and Truly you are. This expanded 5th dimensional experience is our open gift to all humankind. For you are our children, separated only in dimension like earth is from water. Bring these together we will and humankind's soul the sea stargate welcomes. A tool to a higher realm. A conduit of transformation for us all!

Swim often with us and breath through the top of your head (pranic breathing). Entrainment of the heart activates and expands our interdimensional reality. Come swim often with us and feel the joy! Heart to heart we swim and jump and play in and out of duality and unity themselves. Under the Dog Star all is possible! Swim with us through the sea stargate and experience, once again, the heart at home."

The Return of the Ascended Masters

The Ascended Masters are a group of over 1000 human spiritual adepts who it is said have completed their soul journey on Earth and have risen above the wheel of physical reincarnation. Some names are very familiar to us like Jesus, Buddha, Krishna, and Moses, and others perhaps less so, like Kathumi, Serapis Bey, El Morya and St. Germain. The role of the Ascended Masters has been that of helpers to humankind. They care deeply about our spiritual growth and have been working from the other side on our behalf.

Something very new is happening with the Ascended Masters and it is having a great effect on all life here on Planet Earth. They are reincarnating~ being born into the physical plane once more and with each birth, the whole of human consciousness is uplifted. The cumulative effect of this positive injection has been staggering. I am getting a 44% increase in the average human vibration in just the last two years directly as the result of the arrival of the Ascended Masters' souls on Earth.

They have come at this time, in part, to help the Earth herself as well. For she is a conscious being who has been holding back her rightful vibration for the sake of us her Human Consort. If she rose all at once to her rightful potential, we would "spin off" the planet because of our lack of a complementary vibration. Therefore, the Ascended Masters have chosen this time to inject the positive influence on us thereby allowing Mother Earth to birth anew without loosing her beloved humankind.

In the chart below, the first column is the date, the second the number of reincarnated Ascended Masters on Earth, and the third column is the average human consciousness measured on the Dr. David Hawkins' scale 1 to 1000, 200 being integrity, 1000 being Unity consciousness.

Today, April 10, 2010, the average human consciousness calibrates at 426 and there are 1,238 Ascended Masters reincarnated on the Earth. It would appear that we, as a whole species, are ascending with unprecedented speed. A generation ago, one was lucky to raise 5 points in a lifetime. Working in tandem with the Earth herself we are preparing for entry into a new world, not in some distant future, but within our own lifetimes.

Meteor Showers highlight New Formation

Well, here it is again, a beautiful depiction of the stargate at the heart of Mother Earth. It was spotted today near Odstone Hill, Oxfordshire and its appearance coincided with the climax of this year's Perseid meteor outbursts. Meteors can symbolize the sudden realization of hidden truth, marking events as significant and worthy of attention.

If you look at the carefully constructed circular centre, the weave of the crop looks to be in the shape and swirl of a central flame or sun. Twelve petals around one centre is a symbol of the heart chakra, appearing on the 12th day of August. Around the inner Sphere of Amenti is a ring of a dozen little four petaled flowers. Four is the Native American symbolic number representing the Earth and its four directions and seasons.

All this seems to be telling me that the heart of the Earth is open for business.

Within all our hearts, I believe, is a "second sun". Measured with magnetic field meters, the human heart's electro magnetic field is approximately five thousand times greater in strength than the field produced by the brain. How more powerful then must the heart of the Earth be? When we connect to the Earth, heart to heart, and each other, who knows what wonderful places we will go?

I love this symbol of the human heart energy centre. Note the twelve petals as well as the Star of David geometry, symbolizing the living electro magnetic field (Merkaba light body) that rotates around the centre of each Human, the Earth, and the Sun.

Into the Heart

I wanted to share with you one of the less noticed crop circles* of the year, but one I became very excited to see. It looks like a simple flower with twelve petals around the centre. In the Western traditions we find twelve apostles around one Christ, as well as twelve months in a year. Even our clock shows twelve around one. However this symbol becomes even more powerful in the Eastern traditions, for it represents the energy centre of the heart. The Heart Chakra.

For some years now I have been using a guided meditation* that takes one into the Heart of Mother Earth. When I first arrived in the sphere in the centre of the earth, I saw a blue flame in the middle of a raised disk. Around the disk were twelve petals, three of which were open and the others closed. As I continued to visit this place over time, there was a slow change, the flower was slowly opening. By June 2nd, 2009, all twelve petals were finally open!

I wondered what could this mean? So, in meditation, I asked the Star Elders to tell me more about what I was seeing. This is what came through:

"Beloveds, after each exhalation a inhalation is sure to come. This pause-time comes when the two are in balance and is a moment when deep contact is possible. The eye opens and full spiritual being-ness, in its splendid robe of wonder, becomes aware not just of its Self, but of All-That-Is. And in this moment, time stops.

Oh yes, Beloveds, the blue flame burns now in full strength. Twelve for the heart! Twelve for the sacred spiral! Twelve for the love of all! The window is fully open for all to come through. You are ready and the Earth awaits its sacred marriage with its beloved. For much more than children are you to her. Consort prepare to hold her hand. Together you go into a new future, a new world, a new age, and yes- even a new dimension. Malkutah!*

All is possible to those who live in the heart and living there has never been so natural, so attractive, and so open as it is now.

Shake like a dog!

Over the last five months I have been living with an old friend. Perhaps you know him too? He has gone by many names over the years- Melancholy is my favourite. After all the spiritual growth I'd experienced, I was more than a little angry to see my old friend move in again and decide to stay!

In my confusion and frustration, I asked my Higher Self to explain the reason for the discrepancy between my spiritual wholeness and my dark emotional state. I'd like to share with you what I got back.

"Beloved, if these emotions were not anchoring you to this reality you indeed might slip into the next. For you, the work of this time is to activate the alchemy of the soul and transmute one emotional state into another. It is not happenstance that you are with out some of your much loved support during this time of darkness. You have placed yourself here and Divine purpose is being wrought deep within you, just as it is in the Earth itself.

Birthing a New Earth is not without some pain, but know that you need never suffer. Patience. Things are becoming clear. Be so ever gentle and understanding with yourself and others. For in the darkness of duality your work is to bring human stories to the light. Be like a dog who dives for stones in the water. One at a time, bring each story to the shore of your consciousness and then take a break to shake the sparkling water drops of Unity and Love into your world. How refreshing!

It is in this way, Beloved, we are building a new beach, bathed in golden sun and the sound of rejoicing!"

Who hasn't been stung by pride's hubris? Whether it is taking full credit for one's accomplishments or feeling better than someone else, it is always good to remember pride's remedy, humility. This virtue is being touted by some as a the essential trait of successful a leader and by others as a way to attract the "gaze of God" and its incumbent state of grace.

In the dictionary, humility is defined as being self-effacing and giving credit to others. In psychology, it is seen as a sign of a healthy self-esteem.

Within the above definitions may lay a spiritual key. The great master of healing, Jesus, said, "I do nothing but that which the Father doth through me." Here is an example of humility and leadership with no intent to influence an outcome be it secular or spiritual. Truth is like that, unmanipulative. In its presence, perception and reality simply change.

The self that true self-esteem celebrates is the Self, with a capital S. When one experiences the presence of the Divine, it is transforming. Within each of us this eternal Self shines, and as our focus on this reality increases, the self with a small s diminishes. A new Self-image is revealed and with it we follow the Master's path, ready to see the Christ Self in all we meet.

Seeing is believing they say, but what actually is seeing?

Just considering the physical process of vision itself, what a miracle it is and one we so easily take for granted. Through seeing our consciousness moves out into the world and gives what we see meaning. This perception then becomes a lens that can change the form of what we see and even what we experience. And what about the human ability to take perception out of the physical body and see around the entire planet and even into space? Remote viewing, an ability that lies dormant in us all, takes the phenomena of seeing even further.

If consciousness really is seeing, then can all conscious beings see? Many perceive Mother Earth to be conscious. What then does she see?

Isn't sight a wonderful mystery? Those who have stretched human seeing to its fullest say that there is a truer world to be seen just beyond the horizon of our earthly vision that is paradoxically right here, right now and ever present.

This is world is made of light and sound and it shines through all creation. Jesus called it "Malkutah", a Kingdom found within. We call it the New Earth. However, in this case, at this time, believing is seeing. But not for long!

When I took time to study a more complete record of 911 and learned a different truth of that event, I shared some of the strange happenings with my brother. He replied, "Well, if that's what makes you happy, then believe it." I thought that I'd much rather believe the official tale of events. Knowing the story behind the story had deeper, more unsettling, ramifications.

The whole world is looking forward to a new level of honesty and integrity from the White House. But on Barack Obama's Inauguration Day, I felt uneasy. Seeing the crowds so full of hope for someone to finally turn America around, I wondered why I didn't feel like joining in the celebration? What was I waiting for?

The President himself brings a much higher level of consciousness to the White House than has been in that office for over 70 years. Since the times of Franklin D. Roosevelt, we have not seen the likes of such a President. As the systems of control behind him are crumbling, he walks with us into a new world.

Fortunately, we humans have the innate ability to discern between truth and falsehood. While it doesn't always feel wonderful, at first, to let go of the illusions we set before ourselves, it is the path of freedom. Truth does not demand sacrifice, but with it's knowledge comes an opportunity to express our power in new ways.

I put my hope in the awakening ability of all of us to discern truth from falsehood. In the light of Truth, all illusion will fall away and we shall find that it is not hope that "springs eternal", but love itself. This is the time of transition. Hold on tight, things are about to speed up!

Letting Go
